Meet the Team

Behind all the trophies, performances, friendships, new skills, and overall success is our Flex team.

As Flex coaches we deliver fun filled lessons whilst also enhancing both fundamental and elite skills.

We have a mixture of Senior and Junior coaches here at FLEX GC, with decades of experience and expertise in both gymnastics and cheerleading. Our Senior coaching staff are carefully selected and highly trained professionals who are all fully IASF and or Gymnastics Australia accredited!
