Recreational cheer
Recreational Cheerleading is a fun, inclusive program for athletes to learn cheer skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Athletes build foundations in jumps, motions, basic stunts, and tumbling while improving coordination, confidence, and teamwork.
Classes are perfect for beginners or those wanting to enjoy cheer without the commitment of competition, with groups organised by age and skill level for a safe and positive experience.
Recreational teams perform at 2 Flex showcases a year and train for 1 hour week.
Semi-competitive cheer
Semi-Competitive Cheerleading offers athletes the opportunity to build, perform and compete routines whilst training, competing and paying LESS.
Athletes develop skills in stunts, tumbling, jumps, and dance, and work together as a team to learn a choreographed routine. This program is ideal for those ready to take the next step without the full commitment of an elite competitive team.
Semi-competitive teams perform at 2 Flex showcases and only 3 comps a year. They attend a 1.5 hour team training as well as a 1 hour tumble class weekly.

Elite Competitive Cheerleading is a high-level, performance-driven sport designed for dedicated athletes who are ready to train, compete, and excel.
Competitive Cheer offers athletes with the opportunity to build discipline, resilience, confidence, and life long friendships.
Competitive Cheer teams perform at 2 Flex showcases and 7 competitions a year. They attend a 2 hour team training as well as a 1 hour tumble class weekly.
